WOD - 13.1

17min AMRAP.

  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch 20kg
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch 35kg
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch 47.5kg
  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch 55kg

COMPLETED: 153 reps RX

So the Open has started… Shit was tough!! I found the burpees really hard (especially the second set of 30!) and took longer rests in these than I would’ve liked to.

All the snatches were power snatched. 47.5kg is a snatch PB! Stoked I got 3 out before time was called.

Not sure yet whether to give this another crack - most people I know that’ve done this wod twice have done better the second time round.
